Making some more Star Wars Legion terrain for the upcoming release. What self respecting Tatooine table top would be with this hut? None I say! Modeled on the Lars Homestead hut entrance from Star Wars, I modeled the original shell in Tinkercad, then dropped it into Meshmixer to sculpt the outside into a more rounded/adobe style outside. Then back to Tinkercad for some more tweaks for printing, adding in the door controls, and entryway details. I also added a sliding door to the model. The major difference between the movie version and this one is that movie version is short because it leads to a set of stairs downwards, so it's not really scaled. I opted to mimic the shape, and not worry about the stairs. I scaled it so a 27mm legion base can fit into the doorway. I also included a Barrel model that I use in my Barricades models https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2828193 based on the barrel seen outside the hut in the movie. Painted in browns and ivory drybrush. Army Painter Tan primer is awesome for these models, btw. Note: the ring around the top on the printed model is from where my printer ran out of filament while it was printing overnight. I printed just the top and glued it on, but was off by a tiny bit. for my purposes it works just fine. Don't worry the ringed bit is not in the model. Just watch your filament, it's a long print. :) If you'd like to purchase a print of this, you can check here are FunBoardGames on Etsy who is the only authorized vendor of these printed models.https://www.etsy.com/shop/FunBoardGames Check my other models for Star Wars Legion here:myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91589 Tatooine Hutmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91588 Tatooine Dwellingsmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91591 Crates, Barrels and Barricadesmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91592 Desert Fence/Wallmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91583 Moisture Vaporatormyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91586 Communications Towermyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91578 Power Generatorsmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91577 Imperial Bunkersmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91572 Fuel/Chemical Tanksmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91574 Modular Watchtower and Walkwaysmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91571 Imperial Endor Bunkersmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91568 Cargo Podsmyminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91569 Modular Trench System

Here are some of the areas that I've enjoyed making models in for games I like, or want to play. Gaslands I've created lots of weapons, and terrain for this awesome game. I see lots of room for creative additions that interest me. Frostgrave/Mordheim/Rangers of Shadow Deep I love this type of tabletop fantasy skirmish war-gaming, where you can set up a quick table and play a fun game with miniatures. I've got a lot of ideas for more terrain here. There are plenty of great games out there that could use this type of terrain. This is Not A Test Mutants/Wasteland/Survival! Yes, I love this Fallout inspired game, and want to build out terrain for my table to play. (If I could find people to play that is) Tabletop Board games I've actually published a couple games so far, and plan to keep designing board games. You can find my game Dice of Crowns, and the sequel Dice of Pirates on Thing12Games.com and Amazon.com. I love board games! I like making upgrades, and additions for games I play, as well creating my own. D&D/Dice Collecting I am an avid fan of dice. I love dice. I collect all sorts of dice for fun. I've created a number of "dice accessories" for the collector, and player. I also run a D&D game with my son and his friends so I have ideas for supporting that hobby too. I even created a set of unique polyhedral printable dice. I've done a lot of research into 3D printable dice and fairness as well. As you can see... I've got lots of ideas. Too many sometimes. I make models of the things that interest me, and share them with people. I love seeing people print and enjoy the models I make. Badger http://patreon.com/sablebadger
