Culture: Greece. | Material: Marble. | Accession No: MG 001 A. | Current Location: The Hunt Museum Limerick. | Dimensions (cm): H 23.9 Description: A white marble kandela with a rounded body, cylindrical neck and small conical foot. Handles are missing from either side and the rim of the neck is damaged. This was a hanging lamp. Early Cycladic 1/ Grotta-Pelos phase (Plastiras group). Date Made: 3rd or 4th Millennium BC
