This are simple accuracy tests to check accuracy in X and Y (not layer height).   Especially when you get a new 3D printer, you don't know what is capable of, and than you want to print a model like bearing and you have issues such as gap is too small or too big. This testers can be used even as future reference (after some time you can forget what the printer can actually do or not, so you can check your printed testers and voila!)   Here are included some testers with configurations that we use the most:   0.2 nozzle - 40 mm/s 0.2 nozzle - 45 mm/s 0.2 nozzle - 50 mm/s 0.2 nozzle - 55 mm/s 0.2 nozzle - 60 mm/s   0.3 nozzle - 40 mm/s 0.3 nozzle - 45 mm/s 0.3 nozzle - 50 mm/s 0.3 nozzle - 55 mm/s 0.3 nozzle - 60 mm/s   0.4 nozzle - 40 mm/s 0.4 nozzle - 45 mm/s 0.4 nozzle - 50 mm/s 0.4 nozzle - 55 mm/s 0.4 nozzle - 60 mm/s   I've included a "blank - custom" tablet if you want to use any other configuration settings. After printing is done you can write your settings properties on the blank tablet.   Usually I use from 20 to 30% of infill density with 0.2 layer height. Each peace takes around 20 - 30 minutes to print (depends on your printer settings).   If you need any other configuration settings tester for souch as 0.5 nozzle, different gap size or other speed settings, you can ask me here and I'll do my best to create it as soon as possible.
