In the old days I was a photographer, and I still have photo equipment on Olympus 4/3: -Sigma 80-200mm-Olympus OM 50mm-Olympus 14-42mm-Olympus E-520. I wanted to take off the moon, but all I saw was a small spot on 1/6 of the screen (on 200mm zoom). And then I decided to make a super-zoom. Combining the following sequence of lenses and a few more things: - 200mm + focus on infinity; - inverted 14-42mm fixed at position 14mm + focus on infinity; - 50mm + focus on infinity; - camera in manual focus mode; - aluminum profile |_| (cross-section), 700mm20mm15mm; -3mm screw and nuts. The zoom is calculated using the following formula: 200mm * (50mm / 14mm) ~ 700mm. Focusing occurs by shifting the 200mm lens forward and backward. The aperture holder is necessary to increase the sharpness of the image, since the lens is manual focus then the diaphragm without the holder is fully open. The result satisfied me (see photo), but the moon has not come out yet :)I am waiting for her :) p.s. this project is more an idea than a DIY project for everyone, because the holders are calculated for specific lenses and most likely no one has them in the same composition. p.p.s. sorry, English is not my native language :)
